KANSAS CITY, Mo.- For a ninth consecutive week, Carson-Newman is ranked inside the top 25. The Eagles check in in 24th in the AFCA Coaches Poll, the organization released Monday afternoon.
C-N fell five spots in the poll after losing to Wingate in the SAC title game Saturday. The Eagles dropped from 20th out of the D2Football.com poll.
The South Atlantic Conference has three teams ranked. Lenoir-Rhyne is 15th in the coaches poll.
Wingate is now 17th in the coaches poll and 14th in the media poll.
