C-N Tabbed 29th in New DII Women's Golf Rankings

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – The Carson-Newman women's golf team cracked the top 30 of the most recent NCAA Division II women's golf rankings following an impressive showing at the LeeAnn Noble Memorial.

Starting the season in the mid-40s, C-N has made a sizable jump in the fall season under first-year head coach Bo Harris.

C-N's performance at the LeeAnn Noble Memorial featured two top 30 finishes from Madison Cline finishing in 19th and Ida Petersen in 29th, helping C-N to a 6th place finish.

The Eagles sit just seven spots behind in-state South Atlantic Conference foe Lincoln Memorial and will look to continue their climb in the final fall event on October 28th and 29th at the DII Currahee Invitational.
