JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman women's golf checks in at No. 17 on the most recent NCAA DII region ranking before the SAC Championships on April 6th-8th.
The Eagles have impressed under first-year head coach Alyssa Montgomery, finishing in the top five in all four spring events. C-N's best finish came in the first event, finishing second as a team at the Battle at Hilton Head.
C-N has held serve throughout the spring season, putting it inside the top 20 of the South region. The Eagles are joined by South Atlantic Conference foes Anderson (No. 1), Lincoln Memorial (No. 16), and Limestone (No. 19).
The Eagles will look to solidify their standing in the region and potentially move up with a solid effort at the SAC Championships on April 6th-8th.
