Baseball moves game against Shorter to Wednesday

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Tuesday's matinee between the Carson-Newman baseball team and the Shorter Hawks has been moved to Wednesday at 2 p.m. due to the precipitation that has fallen and is expected to fall throughout the day in Mossy Creek.

The Eagles have no more scheduled home games for the 2015 season after Wednesday as head coach Tom Griffin's group is 16-7 at the Silver Diamond Baseball Complex including wins in their last six contests played at the friendly confines.
