Joao Pedro Oliveria (Brazil) fell just shy of victory at no. 2 singles; the match finished 6-4, 6-3 in favor of Sebastian Edin. In the no. 5 spot, Austin Mackay (Oak Ridge, Tenn.) dropped a 6-4, 6-2 contest to Abel Pigache.
