Eagles tied for second in Bushnell/Golfweek Rankings

NORMAN, Okla. - After two stellar spring tournament performances, Carson-Newman men's golf moved up four spots to a tie for second in the Bushnell/Golfweek national rankings.

The Eagles are tied with USC-Aiken for second in the top 25 polls, with both teams earning 552 points. Both Carson-Newman and the Pacers earned one of the 25 first-place votes from the committee. 

Barry sits in first after earning 23 first place votes. 

Carson-Newman is also ranked third in the Golfstat national polls and still sit at first place in the NCAA Southeast Regional polls. 

The Eagles return to the course for the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate in Sevierville, Tenn. The three day, three round tournament begins Sunday, Mar. 13 with a shotgun start at 10 AM
