DAVIE, Fla. - After the first 18 holes of the NCAA South Regional, Maeve Cummins sits tied for 36th overall.

The senior from Waringstown, Northern Ireland native finished the first round with a six-over 77. Cummins finished two-over on the front-nine, but a double bogey on the tenth hole and bogeys on the eleventh and 13th holes moved her from 12th place down to a tie for 36th.
