Wylie adds Cambridge for 2023

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Carson-Newman men's golf coach Randy Wylie has announced the signing of Noah Cambridge for the 2023 fall season.

"Noah is a very experienced player," Wylie said. "He had a really nice summer and has fantastic, elite level golf fundamentals. We are excited to have him."

Cambridge comes to Mossy Creek from Lancashire, England. He is a three-sport athlete at Moorland private school, participating in golf, soccer, and badminton.

He holds two official course records, a 2-under 69 at Elea Golf Club in Cyprus and a 7-under 62 at Wilpshire Golf Club in the United Kingdom. His scoring average is a 73.2.

He is currently a member of the England men's regional squad. Cambridge has been playing competitive golf since a young age, having won his first tournament at the age of 13, the Regional Schools U16's Championship 2018.

Within the last year, he finished second in the 2022 Pro Dream Masters at Pollock Golf Club and finished 12th in the 2022 Sir Henry Copper Masters at Nizels Golf club.

Cambridge chose Carson-Newman because of Coach Wylie and his ability to teach young golfers and help them succeed. He is undecided on what he will major in at Carson-Newman.
